Estate and Trust litigation

The attorneys of Ahmad & Zaffarese can represent both individuals and institutions in litigation matters relating to Probate, Estates, and Trusts. In addition, the attorneys of Ahhmad & Zaffarese, who include a former Orphans’ court Judicial clerk can file guardianship, adoption and other Orphans’ court petitions.  They can represent parties who are estate and trusts beneficiaries, administrators of estates, executors of estates, and other parties involved in Orphans’ Court litigation.
